Plans

  • All Plans include one 1-hour weekly video meeting and two support emails between meetings (as needed). 

  • We will be using questioning, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to change your mindset in order to give you the lasting results and lifelong tools to help yourself in the future.

  • We will set goals for every week and you will receive self-improvement homework assignments related to your goals.
